Get ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery that won't ask you to change who you are whatsoever.During the course of your life you have built an obstacle course of barriers to healthy self-worth. Self-Esteem for Losers addresses some of these barriers, and provides you with the tools to tear them down, forge ahead and find the healthy self-image that you deserve.
I received a copy of this book in audio format from the author in exchange for an honest review.
This is a short and simple book with a very clear message. Even though it is titled ‘Self-Esteem for Losers’, it will convince you that you are not a loser, and will help you focus on the little things that make you great.
The length is quite short, 41 minutes, but the message that Tom Jordan wants to transmit is clear. He uses a simple but very illustrative language, making this an entertaining listen.
At some point the book will lead you to different chapters depending on the answer to a question, but I recommend to avoid skipping content, since the material is so condensed that missing something is just not worth it.
Damien Brunetto delivered a perfect narration for this book, being expressive and very clear in his speech. The audio production was also great, and I am surprised that this is his only title on Audible. I am looking forward to other books narrated by him.
This was a short and simple book, but I will definitely recommend it. It is true that it just reminds us of the little things, but I think we often need to be reminded about those. It is really easy to lose our way nowadays, and this little book can assist us with it.

My name is Elena. Since I was a little child I loved science fiction and fantasy, and I can’t resist a good novel. In 2015, while wait I started to listen to audiobooks and I discovered the pleasure in being able to read while doing my daily tasks, so there’s always an audiobook playing on my phone. If you see me with my Bluetooth headphones on, please be gentle, I get easily startled.
I live with my boyfriend, which I met during my six-year stay in Belgium, four cockatiels, eight lovebirds, and a hamster in Madrid, Spain; and I like to spend my free time knitting and sewing while listening to audiobooks.
